If your are a developer and publish your apps in the iTunes App Store you put yourself on display through your work. And you have to be prepared for feedback. As I recently wrote in an entry, it appears that people tend to write negative things before writing positive things about your app. You get negative reviews from total strangers telling you that your app is crap and not worth the money the spent on it. This is really interesting, since in the iTunes App Store most apps are cheaper than a cup of coffee from a vending machine or even for free – like most of our apps. And you think to yourself:
Hey! And what exactly is it that you have done? I’ve spent more than 1000 hours working for this free app and you belittle my work?
All the more we were positively surprised when a got feedback for iSENDu form a user with the name Pusaku who wrote this:
インターフェースがクールでシンプルすぎて、ちょっと戸惑いましたが、直ぐに理解できました。
iPadとiPhone(OS4)で使ってみましたが、双方向問題なし。
全く評価されてませんが、個人的には高評価です。Nice applicaion. Very simple and cool.
Thank you.
Since there is no way of thanking the user for his encouraging feedback on the iTunes Store we do it here. Thank you very much Pusaku!
your motivated ikangai team
PS: The next iSENDu update is only a couple of days away.
