3rd ikangai morning run

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

On August 11th, there will be the 3rd ikangai morning run. We meet at 7:45 at Praterstern corner Prater Hauptallee. We run in a user friendly 6 min/km a distance of 8 km. It’s not too long, and even if you do not run on a regular base it is no problem to keep up with the pace. But, and that is the most important thing, IT IS FUN – and you’ll start the day with a lot of energy.
